Do I need to have done the Frequency First Activation Series before joining?
The Modern Shaman is designed for those who have completed the Activation Series or the iAscend retreat. If you haven’t, reach out and we’ll talk through whether this is the right fit.
What is the Modern Shaman start date?
Cohort 2 begins approximately two weeks after the April 23–26 iAscend retreat — around mid-May 2026. Sessions run every other week across 22 sessions over approximately 10 months.
Is the Modern Shaman live or recorded?
Sessions are live virtual — every other week at 1:00–2:30 PM. Recordings are uploaded within a few days. Showing up live is deeply recommended — the energy in the room is part of the transmission.
What if I can only do Egypt — or only the Modern Shaman?
